What kind of clients do you work with?
We work with businesses: limited companies, partnerships, sole traders and other organisations that need their accounting, payroll and tax matters handled on a regular basis.
Can we change accounting firm in the middle of the financial year?
Yes. A change during the year is possible. We agree a handover date with you, collect the opening balances and the material from the previous provider, and continue the bookkeeping from that point.
What material do you need from us?
Typically sales and purchase invoices, receipts, bank statements, payroll information and any contracts that affect the accounts. We agree with you how the material is delivered and on what schedule.
How is the price of the service determined?
The price depends on the scope of work, such as the number of transactions, payroll and reporting needs. After a first discussion we give you a written proposal so you know in advance what is included.
Do you file VAT and tax returns for us?
Yes. Filing periodic VAT returns and the annual income tax return can be included in the service, and we keep track of the deadlines that apply to your company.
Where are you located?
Our address is c/o Opus 2, Hitsaajankatu 22, 00810 Helsinki, Finland. Meetings are arranged by appointment, and much of the day-to-day work can also be handled by email and phone.
